Warranty & Returns
RETURNS POLICY
In accordance with Australian law, we accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase if you’ve made a mistake or changed your mind. The cost of returning the item is the responsibility of the buyer. Refunds will be processed once the item is received in its original packaging and in a re-saleable condition. Please note that a restocking fee of 15% of the original invoice may apply if the return is due to a purchasing error or change of mind, and any postage costs incurred will be deducted from the refund amount (including items that were shipped with free postage).
It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the item purchased is compatible with their vehicle. We are not liable for any errors in reading item descriptions or vehicle compatibility lists. If a mistake has been made by the buyer, the return policy outlined above applies.

If a claim is made that the item sent is not as described, we reserve the right to request photos to assess the situation. In most cases, we will ask for a photo of both the part we sent and the part from the vehicle.
Exclusions
The warranty does not cover the following:
Failure due to accident, collision, misuse, abuse, or modification
Environmental damage, including chemical fallout, salt, hail, or natural disasters
Marine use or improper installation
Installation of an incorrect part
Damages caused by other faulty parts
Parts under manufacturer’s recall
Parts used for racing or off-road purposes
Normal wear and tear, used, or salvage parts
For commercial-use vehicles, parts are warranted for 180 days from the installation date, regardless of any longer warranty period printed on your tax invoice.
